Free shipping
Every RelieveFit™ order ships free.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
- United States: typically 3–7 business days after shipping
- Canada: typically 5–10 business days after shipping
- International: typically 7–15 business days after shipping
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email us with your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible — we can update it until your order ships.
